Every year, RCA will address a women-centered issue with proceeds from the Women’s Run. Proceeds from the 2025 edition will go towards distributing free sanitary pads to 500 girls between JSS3 and SSS3 in select public secondary schools in Abuja enough to last each girl for about 6 months. This will be a message from us and our sponsors/partners on the need for society to tackle “period poverty” which is an economic malaise prominent in our country where the affordability of sanitary pads is beyond a lot of women.
